14 stycznia o godz. 14:15 w sali TB1 w Instytucie Techniki Cieplnej PW odbędzie się spotkanie z firmą Westinghouse.

Tematem 45-minutowej prezentacji będzie "Nuclear Fuel Engineering at Westinghouse". Omówione zostaną rodzaje paliwa produkowanego przez Westinghouse oraz działania w różnych dziedzinach, takich jak produkcja medycznych radioizotopów. Przedstawione zostanie interaktywne narzędzie do samodzielnej nauki o paliwie jądrowym i rozwiązaniach technologicznych. Na zakończenie odbędzie się sesja Q&A oraz prezentacja oferty stażowej w dziale Global Nuclear Fuel Engineering. Całość spotkania zaplanowana jest na 90 minut.

Spotkanie odbędzie się w języku angielskim.

We would like to invite you to a meeting with Westinghouse, which will be held on January 14, 2024 at 2:15 pm in room TB1 of ITC (ul. Nowowiejska 21/25). The event will feature a 45-minute presentation entitled. “Nuclear Fuel Engineering at Westinghouse.”

The presentation will discuss the types of nuclear fuel produced by Westinghouse and the company's activities in areas such as medical radioisotope production. An interactive self-learning tool about nuclear fuel and the company's technological solutions will also be presented.

The presentation will be followed by a question and answer (Q&A) session, during which participants will be able to ask questions. At the end, an internship offer at Global Nuclear Fuel Engineering will be presented.

The entire meeting will last approximately 90 minutes.
